Love it, or 100% of your money back

Every Little Premiere movie is made for one child. If your movie doesn't make you smile, we make it right.

Before your movie is delivered

Changed your mind? Email us at hello@littlepremiere.com with your order number before we deliver your movie, and we refund you in full.

After your movie is delivered

Within 30 days of delivery, reply to your delivery email (or write to hello@littlepremiere.com). Your choice: we remake the movie for free, usually within 24 hours (with a new photo, a corrected name, or a different adventure), or we refund you in full. No questions asked, and you don't need to send anything back.

Mini-Series and Full Season

The same promise covers every episode. You can stop your series at any time: we refund the episodes you haven't received yet, at the price you paid per episode.

Activity Pack

If something in your Activity Pack isn't right, we redo it for free or refund it. Your choice.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
