These terms apply when you use the Little Premiere website and order a movie. By placing an order, you agree to them. The legal operator of Little Premiere is identified in our Legal notice.

What Little Premiere is

Little Premiere makes a short, personalized 3D animated movie (about 3 minutes) in which your child is the hero. You send one photo, a first name and an age, and pick an adventure and a costume. We show you a free preview of your child as a 3D hero. If you order, we deliver the movie by email within 24 hours.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older. You must be the child's parent or legal guardian, or a family member (such as a grandparent) who has the permission of the child's parent or legal guardian to use the photo and create the movie.

The photo you send

  • You confirm that you have the right to send the photo and that it shows the child the movie is for.
  • Don't send photos of anyone else, photos that are not yours to share, or content that is offensive or harmful. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks this rule, and refund it.
  • We use the photo only to create your movie, as explained in our Privacy Policy and on our page How we protect your photos.

Your movie

  • Your movie is for personal and family use. You may watch it, download it, and share it with family and friends.
  • Your child's likeness and name remain yours. The stories, characters, music licenses, artwork and the Little Premiere brand remain ours or our licensors'. You may not resell the movie or use it commercially.
  • Movies are made with artificial intelligence. Small visual differences from one shot to another can happen. If anything doesn't feel like your child, our guarantee applies: we remake it for free.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the site at the time of your order. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Delivery and guarantee

Delivery is described in our Delivery policy. Refunds and remakes are described in our Refund policy.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and to deliver every movie on time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the site when you placed it.
